Počasno mjesto na inauguraciji imala je obitelj Zorana Milanovića. Posebno emotivna bila je njegova majka Gina Milanović, a iz prvog reda inauguraciju su pratili Milanovićevi sinovi, 21-godišnjeg Ante Jakov i 15-godišnjeg Marko.
